03- 01RetailIn-house SaaS · Live product
From two Kolkata counters to a retail OS we operate

- 02SaaSMulti-tenant platform · Live demos
Multi-tenant SaaS with operator oversight and billing that does not trust the browser
Scopelyt shaped a commercial SaaS shell for founders who need more than one organisation on one codebase: a tenant workspace, a separate operator console, and a NestJS API where paid state follows Stripe webhooks, not checkout redirects. Live tenant and operator apps plus a public OpenAPI surface (68 paths) let you inspect the spine before feature creep.

- 03Reviews / AIAI-assisted product · Live demos
QR review assistant with owner control of what goes public
Scopelyt built a phone-first review flow for local businesses: scan a QR code, rate with stars, tap preset answers, get an AI draft to edit, then submit. High ratings can open a Google review the customer finishes themselves. Lower ratings stay private with the owner.

- 04LogisticsDistributed systems
Local delivery ops across auth, orders, drivers, and admin
Scopelyt contributed backend services on a microservices-style local delivery platform where authentication, order lifecycle, driver operations, and admin systems share one authorization story. The work kept order state and driver ops aligned in the API surface as the distributed backend grew, following an ONDC-style multi-role pattern without claiming network membership.

- 05HiringMarketplace
Two-sided hospitality hiring with sequenced onboarding and honest partial-ship
Scopelyt built employee and employer portals on one API for catering and hospitality hiring. Routes gate by role. Employee onboarding runs as five server-enforced steps before the product treats a candidate as ready. Employer company profile onboarding is API-backed. Job posting, candidate search, and subscription checkout screens exist in the client only; those API workflows are not shipped.
- 06OperationsMulti-tenant SaaS
Multi-tenant operations SaaS with mail, voice, chat, and one ticket pipeline
Scopelyt built a multi-tenant operations platform where each tenant runs customers, orders, inventory, support ticketing, inbound email, IVR telephony, and an AI assistant in one product. Every module is tenant-scoped from the signed session through mail ingestion, chat, voice, and plan limits, not bolted on as demos that leak data across organisations.

- 07HealthcareTherapy platform
Therapy practice platform with protected patient files
Scopelyt built a HIPAA-oriented therapy practice platform where patient files stay protected clinical material, not ordinary SaaS attachments. Secure access control gates every read and write, and AI-assisted reporting runs inside the same security boundary so summaries cannot leak through casual sharing paths.
- 08Field serviceMarketplace
Field service marketplace admin for providers, agents, customers
Scopelyt built multi-role admin panels with CMS and automated workflow for providers, agents, and customers on a field service marketplace. The work kept each role on its own gated admin surface instead of one privileged console, with content and workflow automation scoped to how field service work actually moves between participants.

- 09PaymentsBilling platform
Stripe subscription lifecycle with validated recurring billing
Scopelyt built Stripe-backed recurring payment architecture and subscription lifecycle workflows where recurring charge truth lives server-side, not in UI state alone. Payment validation runs beyond a single checkout success screen so renewals, failed charges, and lifecycle edge cases do not fail quietly behind toggles.

- 10Public sectorCashback programme
QR cashback admin with payments and geospatial tracking
Scopelyt built an operator-facing cashback admin: QR code generation, secure transaction workflows, Razorpay payment processing, and geospatial tracking where programme teams can see activity and act on it from one dashboard.
- 11IoTDevice · energy
Cloud device management and energy monitoring APIs
Scopelyt contributed to a cloud system for device management and energy monitoring, with backend APIs built to process and manage device-generated data at scale. The work targets continuous telemetry load from connected devices, not admin form traffic sized for occasional human submits.
